RETURN POLICY
VGR Networks will accept the return of goods only when the item is proven to be defective, and in full compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. To initiate a return, customers must notify VGR Networks within the legally prescribed time frame, provide a clear description of the issue, and permit our technical team to verify the reported defect.
If a defect is confirmed after inspection, VGR Networks will, at its discretion, either:

Repair the product,

Replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or

Issue a full refund, including any standard shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.
The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
All other scenarios are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which specifically exclude the right to return non-defective goods, except where legally required. Items that show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or any unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
By completing a purchase with VGR Networks, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these return conditions and the procedures detailed in our General Terms and Conditions.
