Delivery services
Delivery information for each product is set for each type of products and services on the platform. For example
  1. Free pickup (no delivery fee applies, buyer pays only product cost and pickup product at designated location)
  2. Free Delivery (no delivery fees apply, buyer pays only product cost and delivery will be done at specified locations based on conditions specified)
  3. Delivery with additional charges.
Due to COVID-19 and the ongoing curfew in Mauritius, delivery may take a few days more. A minimum value of Rs 3,500 may apply for free delivery in this period.
Delivery charges will either be specified on the website or at time of checkout. User need to check the delivery costs involved.
As soon as payment has been processed, the VGRN takes the full responsibility for handling and processing delivery for purchased items as per agreed terms and conditions on the invoice.
When a buyer purchases from various items, VGRN will process the payment as a total. However, depending upon size and complexity of products purchased delivery may be effected separately and may have varying delivery cost and delivery date. Buyer should liaise with support to have more delivery details.

VGRN delivers goods to any destination in the world covered by our shipping partners. For each product featured on VGRN, you will be informed of the delivery time expected and whether it is currently in stock. VGRN makes every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the required delivery time, please contact us so that we can try to remedy the situation.
